I've received four of these scam calls in four days--209-436-6003, plus 303-578-7932 and 253-753-9461 (2 on same day from this #), and each one had the same ID name--"L7 Srvc Call." so obviously they are calling from various numbers to trick you into answering.
I always check my Caller ID and if I don't recognize the number, I don't answer it. Also, I have already reported this number to the FTC and I plan to send it, along with a list of all the other harassing calls I've received, to the my state's Attorney General's office.
I maintain a list, which I continuously update, of each of these "crap call" I receive and when I fill a page or two, I print it out and mail it to my state's Attorney General's office.
I have done so in the past and have gotten a reply from the AG's office for each number on the list (I also include all the information I can gather which helps the AG's office to track each one down easier. The AG then sends me a letter for each one telling me that they are in the process of pursuing it. There have been several instatnces where I've received a letter form the AG informing me that the State has issued a "Cease and Desist Order" against the ones I'd complained about who did not reply to their (AG's) notification!
If anyone is interested in knowing my methods, let me know and I'll post it. It's quite simple and, while not stopping these harassing calls completely, it does tend to slow them down! The number of such calls I've received has dropped from 10-20 per week to 3 or 4 or so!

Just called, I/D shows 'L7 SRV CALL'. I have called no one for service, they left no massage, so I assume it's just another scam call and another one for my call blocker.
