Just received a call from "209-436-6010 OUT OF AREA" phone rang 3 or 4 times and they disconnected  as I picked up the phone!

the local exchange carrier should be taking them down.

YES FOLKS, ANOTHER TOILET EATING SCUM BAG BORN OF SLUG SLIME UNDER A ROCK.  HA HA HA HA, I LOVE MY CALL BLOCK, ZAP ZAP ZAP.  LIKE ZAPPING A DISEASED FLY-WHACK :)

Mom just received one of these call a few minutes ago.  'GEORGE" advising he was providing a security system free of charge.  Said 'no thank you' and hung up.

I st call from these idiots.  Just blocked them.
