The legalese system protects the criminals nowadays and with spoofing a number cops do not waste time and resources to track stuff down . I know see it happen all too often when I was a LEO
No, he's right. The police in the area expect the public to do their police work. I reported a threat of violence against my disabled husband and the police refused to even come out unless my had actually been attacked. I knew who it was, where they lived and they even described how they would break his back, crippling him for life. I still have not spoken to an officer aboit it.
