Call from IRS, arrest warrent for me.Knew it was a scam! Been having fun calling them back 10-15 times, leaving some messages, words I won't leave on this post, bring it on!!!!!!
Caller said they were from IRS Crimes Investigation Unit and that a warrant has been issued against my name. Caller asked for immediate call-back. Caller had Filipino accent.

well, not sure about source of accent as I cut and pasted above entry since it was obviously the same message. But if I had to guess I'd say SE Asian. And voice was male.
Also, looked up number on reverse phone lookup and found that (209) 451-5218 is from Stockton, CA in San Joaquin County, from a land line, whose service provider is Comcast Phone of California LLC.
