I keep getting these same messages and calles from 858-997-1299 and they keep hanging up on me when I try to call and speak with a manager. What can be done about this?
I have learned to trick them. When they ask me (in spanish) if I speak it. I respond with another language they don't understand. I'm French (naturalized American and damn proud of it) it infuriates me when they call . Especially when I know they all speak english when they want to. So--- next time, when they say something, answer with--Parler vous Francais? or I know how to say the next two but not sure of the spelling. Fala Portugese? or sprkenze doitch? On line, look for a translater, it will help you decide which language to use. It really makes them wonder what's going on!!!!! Try it it works for me.
These people from 21st Century have been harassing me from this number-209-456-5250. They call all day long. I've asked them to stop several times with no success. When you try to reason with them they hang up on you. I call back and they cussed me out in spanish several times. They know how to speak english until you start to complain. I've complained to their supervisor over and over again and they assured me that the calls would stop...nope. I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST and I've made formal complaints with the national do not call registry. Still getting phone calls. This company is looking at several law suits from the looks of this site.
Just received my first call it was a message in spanish asking me to call 1-877-801-6147. I tried to call to get my number removed, but as with a previous poster, it rang once and then was dead air. I filed a complaint at the Do Not Call registry, will have to wait and see what happens.

DON'T CALL THEM BACK!!!! That makes them do it even more. As I have told others. When they speak spanish come back with another language. That makes them think you don't know how to speak English either! It really gets them!!! They don't know how to respond and eventually will stop calling. REPORT THE PHONE NUMBER TO THE BBB AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS. Now, if you don't know another language look for a translater online. I'm French, Naturalized American and damn proud of it! (Portugese), I'm not sure how to spell it but in German--Spraken z doitch? Good luck!
