An Austrailian sounding man came on the phone asking for another member in my household, and I knew it was a telemarketer, so I told them that the member was not available. He responded with, "Well, I'll call back later." Annoyed, I told him to not call back and take us off his calling list when he VERY rudely said, "You don't know what this is about. You don't know where I'm calling from. This is important and I will call back." He then hung up the phone. I'm ready for when they do call back so I can claim I am that member and listen to what they have to say and maybe have a little fun with it. I'm really annoyed with all these calls and wish there was a way to block all of them on a landline. If anyone knows how to block a live telemarketer, please let me know. (I know how to block a recording, just press 9) Thank you and I encourage all of you to really play along with these people to make them stop.
Caller asked to speak with someone who doesn't live in our house. When I therefore said he couldn't speak to her, he cussed me out with a very obscene sentence and hung up on me.
Same thing happened to me, I told them I wasn't interested & got yelled at. When I hung up they called back multiple times. Good thing I have a loud scream! Hope I blew his ear drum!
Called and asked to speak to my husband. I said, "No. Who is this?" A man with an Indian accent slurred some words and I heard the word solar. He asked again for my husband and I again said "No" and told him to take us off the list. He immediately disconnected the call. I guess I should be grateful that he didn't swear at me!
