Calling my cell phone 516 473 1298 multiple times a day and you cannot even call the number back

#ID said it was St Of CA CDCR. I tried calling the # back 3 times and it said I couldn't call it back. I received another call an hour later and they said they were a solar co. I told the person what their is said and they just hung up. This is not a nice joke. It scared me for obvious reasons. Lousy!

Caller Id = "ST OF CA CDCR".  That would be the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.  They didn't leave a message.

Caller ID said CA Department of Corrections but was really a solar power company.
