This person called my mother and claimed that she cut him off in traffic the day before. When she responded he proceeded to tell her to be quiet and only speak when she is requested to. He said he worked for DMV and that he looked up her license plate number to get her phone number. He kept her on the phone for 1 min and 29 sec and scared the life out of her! I tell you this, he is lucky I have not been able to get in contact with him, He would certainly have charges pressed for harassing the elderly!
