This may be a scam. Scammers are using bought/hacked loan application data to extort payments for fictitious debts from victims and victims' families and friends.

The loser from 209/498-0913 is the same loser that has a 347 area code - he is changing numbers - it says the call is from California now but it is for sure the same loser - DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY AT ALL - THEY ARE HACKERS - THEIR INFORMATION HAS BEEN GIVEN TO THE FBI AND CIA - THEY HAVE ALSO SAID THEY ARE FROM AN INSURANCE COMPANY WHITE AND CASE AND THEY ARE ATTORNEYS -
THEY ARE TOTAL LOSERS AND HACKERS FROM A FOREIGN COUNTRY - DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFO - IGNORE THEIR CALLS.
I have received phone call from 209-498-0913. Thank God I googled the number and found this. When they called back I told them if they had any legal problem with me then they needed to file something in the courts and let the courts find me. I also told them that I have turned everything over to my local police department and if they continue to call or use any information then I will seek legal action. The guy hung up on me. Please people think twice before giving any information. I have already contacted the credit bureaus to see what step I need to take. I don't know if they really have my ssn, but I'm not willing to take that chance.
THESE PEOPLE ARE CALLING THREATNING ME FOR A LAWSUIT AND THAT I HAD TO COME TO NEW YORK AND GO TO COURT FOR FRAUD. I HAVE NO LOANS NO PROBLEMS THAT WOULD RESULT IN SUCH ACTION. IT IS BECOMING BEYOND HARASSMENT
