Who called from 2094985039

They've called before and it's always the same thing-  silence for 10-15 seconds, then disconnects.

Same thing I get.  I called the number back and it was a recording to leave a message.  Maybe I won a cruise or I can lower my credit card interest.

I got 3 calls today from 3 calls today and 3 calls yesterday from (209) 498-5039. I don't understand they called 3 times today. the first call was at 10:45 AM and the second 2 were 1:45 and 1:46 PM. I say hello and there is silence for about 12 seconds then they hang up. It doesn't make any sense. I am on the do not call list.

3 calls a day for the last 4 days no one there.  Disconnects.  call back and no answer either.

I've gotten at least 3-4 per day from this # silence then disconnect.I call back it's a recording to leave a mess.This has been going on now for about 4 days straight and I'm tired of it.what can we do
