This number came up today on the caller ID of my personal, private cellphone. I did not pick up. It left a recorded voicemail in female voice saying something about lowering my interest rate. In other words, one of the usual scammers. I then dialed the number from my landline, but got a legit-sounding recording saying the number I had dialed was not taking calls at this time. Scammers such as these have ID scrambler technology which puts a different phone number up on your display, than the actual one they're calling from. In this case, the fake phone number was curiously similar to that of my own cellphone.
