I received a call from a woman named Yolanda who refused to tell me where she is calling from and continually harrassed my personal assistant when she was asked what the call was regarding. It was very rude and unprofessional.
I also got a call also from a lady name Yolanda and she said that she is calling from a Debt Collection Agency and need to collect $$ for Sutter Heath Medical Center. She could not verify my address and she could not tell me the name of the doctor I visited and the date or the doctor's address. I asked her if she has any of my information and she said something with a wrong zip code. She keeps asking me to give her my address so that she can mail me the letter, but I refused. I said that I can only verify the address with her. Is this a scam?
