Who called from 2095316318

I answer the phone I said Hello suddenly machine voice responded and I just hang up the phone.

No answer and hung up on me.

I have received 4 calls from 209 531-6318 over the past week.  I do not answer and their is no voice mail.

3 calls in 5 hours and never left msg.  I answered the 2nd  call and found out it is a Solar Energy Co.  The 3rd call had an auto response telling me I was the only caller on conference.

5 calls so far today.. I'm so angry I'm trying to get any info on this number or location so I can drive down there and ruin their day...
