when I call Securus Technologies my phone number shows up as
209-532-1371. My Cell phone is a 510 area code although I live in the 209 area code which is the central valley and Sierra foothills. This started happening when my grandson was incarcerated in the Tuolumne County jail in Sonora, CA. My cell phone is Verizon
This number is a hacker/fraud tactic as far as I can tell. It is being used for "transposing" someone's number, or doubling ones number at the same time. My caller ID on the other end comes up as this number, even though my number is different. It seems to only be transposed (covered up to display the transposed number 209-532-1372) but only when the call goes to a large computer answering service like PayPal, PGE co, or simular large company phone service. Can't tell you why, or what information is being revealed to the double agents phony number 209-532-1371. Probably is a computer number that is receiving and getting some, or all data or numbers that the real number is generating? My guess but I really don't know for sure.
