Who called from 2095538021

Wanted to sell me a loan for further education.

The caller hangs up immediately when I answer the phone

Calls, no message,  can't call back, call drops.

male voice offering to further education and stating that I may qualify for help

I told them that I was not interested in their sales pitch and to remove me from their list.  The unidentified person said "no," and hung up.  Now they call every day.
