Called and left no message. Tried calling back from a land line and got a busy signal

I have the same problem call this business who provides phone service to them and make a complaint about this number and they said if they get enough complaints, they wont provide their service to them any more! lol

call back and get recording or busy signal

then live telemarketing, you won a 5 year service on 4G phone
but have to pay shipping $199, money order only to ORB

possible scam !

who is this number from and why are they calling non stop? I tried calling back and it rings to no avail and no one answers. This is harrassment. Stop calling.
