CALLED TWO MORNINGS IN A ROW. HUNG UP WHEN I ASKED NAME OF THE COMPANY. I CALLED THEM, ID themselves as dept of treasury! Stated I was w RI STATE DPT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS. THE INDIAN ACCENTED "agent" quickly stated thank you for calling and hung up on me. Scam. I seriously abhore these calls

Same story as the rest. Somebody with a very thick foreign accent (so I had trouble understanding some of the words) left a message for my son (who hasn't lived with us in over a decade and lives a few thousand miles away). It said that he or his attorney needed to return their call and if he didn't then "good luck". Not sure if it's possible for a scam to be any more obvious.
Similar message. Called me by name and said either me or my attorney had to call back or "good luck to what ever befalls you." It was a female voice with an accent but at times it almost sounded like a robocall voice. The number they left was the same one listed on the Caller ID
