I asked which computer are you talking about? they put my on hold and I heard a snippet of someone coaching the caller and I said I don't know what you're talking about and they hung up but have called four times since then. I don't know how they knew me by name because I thought my phone was unlisted but who knows.

Same as others. Someone named David (subcontinent accent) asked if I thought I had a virus on my computer because they had evidence of it. I asked for the company name which they rattled off - multisyllable - they did know my first name which also surprised me as others have stated. My question to others reporting them is whether there have been further repercussions (i.e. computer hacking?) since receiving this call...?? Five minutes later another call came in with an "unknown" number and left no message - my guess it's the same group - no?!
Got two call from them today. First one, no one responded when I answered. Second time, some Sub-continental woman told me that my computer had been sending them messages that it was downloading "unwanted" files. Sounds pretty BOGUS to me. She couldn't even finish her pitch and hung up! Never said who she was or where she was calling from. Made my skin crawl when I heard that gawd-awful accent "speak" my name.
