I got a call from that number and when I called it back, A guy named, Dave answered. He apologized for misdialing my number. He was very pleasant to talk to. Said my number was only one digit off from a business he was trying to reach. I was relieved that this was not a sales call or scam. I was having a bad day and this guy's call would have been the last straw.
