Said i was in volation of taxes and also ask me to call back...I assume this should be garbage call

Left a message hard to understand, but something about someone has pressed charges against me & I owe money to call back or I would get arrested but they didn't say when I would get arrested or when cause I ain't calling back nor paying anything so come get me.

I called the number back and they said they were the IRS. Told them I didn't owe the IRS and they said is that alll I had to say and I said I would report them to the FBI

Said They were with the IRS. Couldn't speak English to well.  Also received a voice mail and it was just as stated above.
