Silent call my toll free number.  The silent calls have started again to a different number.

This seems to be an automated number dialer system based in Lodi, California - they randomly dial computer generated numbers, record if there is a call or not, and will add to a database if there is a response. They called a car dealership in Calgary on Monday 12:45 am, no voice - these are illegal here in Canada
