Received a call from 209-674-7020 at 9:50 a.m. this morning, caller ID showed no company name but did show the number is from San Andreas, CA. and I live in Ohio. I usually don't answer but I did this time and it was a recorded message from a home security company (Rapid Response Monitoring Service) trying to sell me a security system for my home. CALL BLOCKED!
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! This is a spoofed number, likely originating in Mumbai, India. They claim to offer a "free" ADT security system, but want a CC number for the "monthly monitoring charges." If there wasn't a fool born every minute, these scam artists wouldn't exist.
Suspected it was roboscum so answered and hung up without saying anything. Now I see there was an earlier report. Call come up as from "San Andreas" California and I just figure it got to be the Roboscum's "fault" (ha!)
