My telephone number has been listed on the “Do Not Call Registry” since its inception and two years ago, I also put my number on a “No Solicitation” registry to block these unwanted and un-asked-for solicitors. I am now getting two or three calls a day from “Payday Loans”; “Card Assistant”; “Consumer Assist”; etc.; etc.; etc. and these calls are bypassing my no-solicitation block. Additionally, they all say to “Press 9 to be removed” but their systems automatically disconnect before 9 can be pressed. THESE FREKIN JERKOFFS NEED TO BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

Even being listed on the do not call registry is not stopping unwanted calls. I am getting a whistle to blow into the phone for every unwanted call I receive. scammers keep getting through. beware and don't give them any information.
This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call list in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They fail to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, further violating the TCPA, and then play a recorded message without an operator on the line, still further violating the TCPA. When you do get to an operator, they hang up rather than providing a phone number and address when asked, yet further violating the TCPA. Their recording states that the victim has been selected based on account history to receive a 0% APR on all their credit card debt, however, the questions the operator asks make it clear that no such research or qualification has been done. This is clearly a scam. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.
