Just had a call from this number with the name R. Noble. We don't know anyone by that name so didn't answer. No message was left. Wondering if it's a scammer or what.
No message left. Probably Fraud Telemarketers. All these calls come from the 209 area code but have different place names. Probably spoofed numbers. I never answer any city-only, blank, "unknown" or "private caller" ID'ed numbers. You want to talk to me, identify your number and if I want to I will pick up. Otherwise, F-O.
just got a call from this number on my cell phone (on the DNC list registry). did not answer. when i called back from my office phone it answered with, "press 9 to be put on the DNC list."
