Credit card company located in Atwater, CA - Keeps calling my home phone and hanging up at different times, they never leave message. My home phone is set to silent mode, I only use my company cell, so they can call as much as they want, they will never get a response.

Got a call from this number, they wouldn't answer when I said hello. Called the number back and they picked up but didn't say anything. Called back again and a woman said they are an educational financial institution and hung up on me, weirdos.
