i don't know who are they but they had  refunded my 1600 dollars , which i have scammed around 3 months ago.

I call BS on your post.  It makes zero sense.  If you were "refunded" that means you paid somebody first, hence you would know who they were.
You preemptively mention that they are not a scammer yet give no information about what kind of business they conduct.  Seems like a really terrible  attempt at shilling.

So since this "wonderful" company doesn't seem to have a web page, where are they located at?
