This phone # is listed as a 'landline' in Stanislaus, CA  -- I did answer and a man named Stephen Sullivan said he was from an American loan Co., and wanted to lend me money at the rate of 71/2%, but I had to go to a western union and forward the 1st payment to them and then they would deposit loan into my bank acct.  The wierd thing is that they already had my bank routing # and my account #.  I will report this to my bank and will have to close my account.
