I got messages from Angela Kelvin. She was being very demanding and somewhat rude. When I tried to call her, she told me that she was deaf. The texts I got was from a different number, though. 209-714-7077. This has to be some sort of scam. My guess is that it is a scam for identity theft. Yup, posted a tutoring ad on Craigslist and got a fairly in-depth fake response from this number and one other. Unfortunately I deleted the texts from the other number.
Got texts from "Angela Kelvin" about clarinet lessons for her 15 year old son (I had posted on craigslist). I asked her to call me and she said she was deaf. Asked her to add me on facebook and she said she didn't have an account. She INSISTED that I give her my full name and address so she could send me a check in advance to secure the lessons for her child. I told her that was not necessary, she could pay me at the first lesson and then she stopped replying. Total scam.
