Called no message. Phone locator says its from Angels Camp CA

got a few calls from this number,I called back from a different phone and it says
"Thank you very much for your call in order to handle your call properly  please call back from the phone you originally been contacted "
I blocked him smell fishy.

Claimed to be taking donations for cops helping keep kids off the streets and away from drugs.

called and did not leave VM message.
