I don't know who this number is listed to, but I just got a call from a female who sounded like an Eastern Indian woman or a small child who could not speak English very well. She told me to call them back before they included me in legal proceedings. Alll I get when I go to whitepages.com is that is a landline in Calavers, Ca. Has me wondering if this is legit or another scam.

Indian man called and said they have a case against me and to call back today or I would be taken into custody tomorrow by the investagators tomorrow and he repeated my home address ... Please advise
I just got a message from my ex-husband that these people had called him. it was someone named "james clark" they told him they were looking for me, and they had already called my husband and my house phone. which my husband is at work, and i dont have a home phone anymore so i tried to call it back and i got a recording say this number is not in service, or something along those lines. i called the sheriffs department as another post said to do and the lady told me their was nothing they could do, that they are calling a lot of people that its a scam just hang up the phone. she said they are calling her ex husband of over 30 years ago. hope this helps!
