I also got three calls in a row ... no message .. unable to call back .... I'm thinking mabye RCMP, FBI, ??? 'wiretap' to activate remote listening on cellphones?

Nothing that exciting!  It started out with a guy yelling, "Congratulations!" and I hung up.

got one at 12:59pm, didnt answer, no message, any ideas what its about?

I picked up the phone. It likes the others ....."Congratulation, your phone number has been selected....."

thats exactly when i hung up too.
