This number was used as a contact phone for someone calling himself Lt. Dwight Freeman. Says he's an Army Lt. stationed in Italy and trying to sell a 2003 VW Jetta. Wanted to complete the transaction through eBay Motors using Western Union as a payment method, which is prohibited by eBay for obvious reasons. I will report this to eBay and Facebook Market Place (where the original ad for the car was found).

This person was calling himself Lt. Daniel Green. He said he was stationed in Naples, Italy and was selling a 2001 BMW 330xi for $2,900. He wanted to complete the transaction via eBay Motors, as well.
