Who called from 2097325672

It is a scam. The attempt is to get your ACTUAL credit card number. They will ask for your security code as well. It is the same type of scam that has been going around the Internet saying your visa/Discover card has been locked due to suspicious activities on your account. There is another scam using prepaid cards as well in attempt to get your prepaid card number so they can clear out your account. Good to see suspicious people checking things out. Hope others don't get scammed and a stop can be put to this!

I also received a text message from this number. It simply said "Your 4342xx card is locked. Call 209-732-5672." It came from [email protected]. on July 17, 2011, 7:15am. I ONLY have a bank card and know my bank info. so I was not fooled. I did a search on this number on the web by typing it in my search engine, and ding! I came here. It is nice to have further verification this is a scam. thank-you to whoever started this.

just received a text from [email protected].  (the actual wells.com is some sort of computer company)
the massage says, "your 434258-xxx card is locked. call 209-732-5672."
i'm tempted to call this number a few times everyday.....

I also received a text message from this number. It simply said "Your 4342xx card is locked. Call 209-732-5672." It came from [email protected]. on July 17, 2011, 9:14am. I was wondering what it was, I don't have any accounts. I called the number and it asked me to put in my 16 digit number, of course I couldn't since I don't have any, I hung up and I did a search on this number on the web by typing it in my search engine, and I came here. It is nice to have further verification that this is a scam. Thank you to whoever started this.
