Got the same call...asked if I wanted to pay now or go to jail. I said come arrest me...my daddy is a Supreme Court judge. He then asked if I was single because he would like to marry me!!! I hung up.
Caller left a message on our answering machine claiming that they were with the IRS and wanting to notify us that they were going to file a lawsuit against us and that we should call them back at the above number immediately. This is the second, word for word, message this week. The previous message was a different phone number and was from the state of Washington.
I just got a call from this number saying it was from the IRS and I was being sued. Although I knew it was fraudulent, I tried to call back just to hear the speel. I could not get through!

Said you called me, she said my wife's name and said IRS was suing me. I began to ask what the.suit was about, and got hung up on.
