Joshua Robinsen called to help reduce my interest rates, he wanted one on me credit card numbers for information purposes supposedly. When I called him on the carpet and said he would not get the information but he could send me the information he abruptly told me " to keep paying the high interest rates and good luck and promptly hung up on me"
After answering 2 calls which were disconnected on their end, they called me today. After asking for my husband by his given name I said to him, "You people have called my home 2 times before and disconnected me...". Before I said anything else he asked me if I was a racist. I said EXCUSE ME?!? "Yeah, you said 'you people' ". I went off on him at that point and then hung up. I don't even know what race he was! Idiots!
