I received call from this number twice and they left me VM, I received calls about IRS Fraud couple times telling me that I will be arrested, so surely that this is a SCAM
Says they are IRS Investigation number - Criminal Tax and Fraud (or something like that). The IRS does NOT call...they send hard copy snail mail. Don't call back!
Guy called and stated that he could settle debt for a lesser amount if i j=handled it today.. Even gave a name Officer NAME : M Watson and a Badge number:968213 second phone call came from a 661/748-0240 phone number, which when ggolgeld clearly states SCAM!!!
Called today and said that I owe taxes from 2008 to 2012. TOTAL LIE! Gave the name of Shane Watson with a badge number of 786143 and a case number of CP985119. Very rude and wanted to hang up fast.I hope they're caught soon!
