if you ever get a check like that again just call or e-mail that bank. They will tell you if it`s real or not.
I have been told by them they will have me arrested. That`s the last I hear from them.
Caller left voice mail claiming they are the IRS and that a lawsuit is being filed against me, then provides a claim number to call back with. Clearly a scam, due process requires that if a lawsuit is filed against me, I must be served with actual papers--NOT called and notified over the phone!
