Scam number - nearly identical to our telephone number.
We have had the 209 area code blocked for 2 years.  Our phones do not ring when a blocked call comes in - not even once!
We don't know anyone in the 209 area code - do you?
NEVER answer unknown telephone calls - NEVER call these criminals back!
