Yes, this number is indeed a scam!!
Call saying you're approved for a $10,000 loan, but you must first put your own money on a GreenDot card (my amount was $260, but it can conviently accept any amount), then give them the 14 digit number, telling you they will call back with "wiring" information.
Numerous call backs made by me to this "Jeff" person, and he would keep saying that they are having "technical difficulties" (which when I asked about that, he claimed he couldn't tell me). Then after calling again, he said the server was down. Then said he was trying to process me and 10 others and would go in on a holiday (since tomorrow is thanksgiving) and work on them then. But he'd call me and let me know. But of course no call came.
The company name given by hime was "USA Financial Services", but if you look that up, it isn't them.
So if you get a call from them, please tell them off, and promptly hang up! I wish I had been more creful myself
