Don't know who this is and they are costing money on my cell service. I can't see the phone # of the incoming text message, and should I open it, I get charged by my service.

I received a recorded message from this company saying that they were the IRS and that I, or my appointed legal spokesperson needed to contact them immediately. It was a scam!
