This number has called twice telling me that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. I asked him his name and he said his name was Dennis Anderson. He had a deep foreign accent. I asked him if I called the IRS and confirmed his employment, would they know him. He said yes.
I have read these messages and they are identical to mine. I received a call last week, and again today. The message says it's the 'Agent' from the IRS and claims we are being sued. The call back number he gives is 209-789-5300, but my caller ID lists 1-213-141-5163. Thanks for your posts. I have no intention of calling back, but will contact the IRS.
