February 6, 2017 I just received for calls from this number. They hung up on three of them. I called it back and it goes to a "property manager company" out of Texas and Santa Barbara
I think the property manager company is innocent but whoever is using this caller ID needs to be brought to justice ! I've looked into other things that have to do with the same thing. I found a "true green energy revolution" .
I get many calls from this number. Comes up as Stockton, CA on caller ID. No one answers (or more likely, it's one of those situations where they didn't expect you to actually answer the phone so there's like a 5 minute delay and I don't have time to wait around and keep saying, "Hello??" so I told them to talk or don't call me again. Then I hung up.
