Company called me, had all my information including bank acct numbers. The person who called me was Christina Jasper at ext 1107. They had me get a money pack for $100. Then I had to wait 15 min. to call back and talk to a loan officer. Sam said that when whey tried to transfer my money, the IRS Tax Division put a hold on my money. They said that there was a $150 tax on the money and that they tried to pay it but it had to be in my name. So they have submitted $1250 for deposit into my account. The loan of $1000 plus the $100 money pack, and the $150 tax. Then I needed to get another money pack for $150 to give to the IRS. I told them this was crap, that the IRS did not do this. Sam assured me he talked to the agent personally. I asked for their company info: Cash Advance, 501 S Spring St., Los Angeles, California. I asked for the IRS number and they gave me 914-455-0319. The number was answered by Simon, but he was nervous and did not know what to say, then started giving me the same loan info, which he should not be concerned with; that I would get my $150 back and that I was not giving them any $$ up front. Oh yeah, the first $100 was to show that I had a good credit history (huh?). So when I tell them I do not have another $150, they say/ask, "don't you want your $100 back and your loan, you are just going to give them up?". I can't believe I lost $100 to these people, I feel so stupid!
If you get a call from 209-813-4047, they are scammers. they ask you if you need a loan then they proceed to ask you for a money pak and to give them the number. DO NOT speak to these people
