They continue to call me and with my frustration I began to curse at one rep who called me an F****'n B**** now you tell me this is from the US federal grand department. He also told me that even if I change my number he will continue to find me and harass me! They cant even speak good English!

Same story here, I got a 7k federal grant, I told them that I pass, they call me twice in two hours and they even gave me an address in indepence Blvd in Washington DC.
