Same call as others, asked person who he worked for, he said Windows, asked who made windows, he said Windows. Call seems like some kind of scam to obtain your info.
I received a call from a blocked number and the man with a heavy Indian accent said my computer is being corrupted on a daily basis and I needed to turn on my computer and follow his instructions. I asked his name and who he worked for and he said his name was Mark and he was with Microsoft Technical Support and he would be able to fix my computer if I would turn it on and follow his instructions. I told him I was busy and if he would give me his number I would call back when I was free. He said his number is 209-813-4139.
I also received the same call, didn't buy there story, suspect a scam to acess your hard drive, People beware, Microsoft will never call you about an issue like this....ever.
