got a call from this number did not answer called back afterward's   machine said it was disconnected or no longer in service

I went to call this # back and it said it had been disconnected. I did my callback within minute of my call.
I got a call from a dr at kaiser in Manteca, ca. We discussed my health. I feel this is very unproffessional and will be turning them in to the Kaiser system for what they did as the ID on this call reads "MANTECA USD". When I went online to check Manteca USD this name is under Manteca Unified School Distirct, not anything regarding the Kaiser system.
The only thing the dr told me is that my info had come over their desk as a message was sent and they were returning my call.
Within minutes I find I have spoken about my health on the phone to a kaiser dr to where who knows who else could have been listening.
