Who called from 2098350187

I received two calls: 12/9/16 at 2:51 and 12/8/16 at 4:11pm. Both times, caller immediately disconnected.

There was a guy stating he was a student of Stein High School, Tracy, CA. He came in stating he would be sponsored if I chose to subscribe for East Bay Times newspaper and that Ibrahimi, Eddie is his mentor at school. I received a call from this number but couldn't connect back. Not sure if the guy was for real. Lost $11 as I thought it might help that student named, Alfonso De La Vara with Student ID - 10334760.

Was told that was his name too. To help high school student. Did you get your paper? Supposed to get Mercury.

called and didnt leave a message. Same story as the guy before.. some Alfonso De La Vara selling newspapers for school.
