We receive calls from this multiple times a day. It is extremely annoying and bothersome. Guy says his name is David Quinn, and rattles a bunch of BS about ignoring the call will be avoiding a 2nd attempt by the US Treasury and that we need to respond or face magistrate and some other ridiculousness.
He said his name was David Grey from the United States Treasury and to avoid prosecution I should contact them @ 209-854-4738. It was a recording. Gustine CA came up on my caller ID.
This scam is a David Gray calling from the Treasury Dept to scare people. Called three times in two hours today. I blocked him but please warn others of this scam on this and other sites like this.
