Who called from 2098552865

someone called from this number and asked for a lady in our office by name.  He then told her she wob 2.5 million through Publishers Clearinghouse and tried to get bank information for a 'wire transfer'.  He also tried to get her to pay 1% of the winnings.

Okay, he said this was the number.  It could have been made up since it came through a switchboard with no caller ID

They actually left their number on VM and the lady in the office called them back and they answered.  So . . . . it was the number.

Just got a call from a guy from this number saying he worked for fedex and needs to deliver a package to me with 2 U.S. Marshalls because I have won the 2.5 million dollar publishers clearing house. I started laughing and said this has to be a scam. He then told me to call publishers clearing house at 876-387-1210 and ask for Dave Sawyer the vice president so I could confirm the information. Once I call them I was suppossed to call back the 2098552865 number to get the check. I looked the numbers up online and it is a scam.
