Rude, unprofessional personnel.  I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and everyone who is contacted by them should do the same.  Let's put these scam artists out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Call as many times as you can to 209-858-3518, complain about Melissa(ext 3518) and Analissa(ext.3599)...I've already contacted the BBB...

I'm a professional... enough said...I will NOT tolerate some obnoxious thugh (they try) to call my house and leave messages that 1)I have no business hearing because they don't pertain to me, and 2)inept employees hanging up on me, twice.

I've contacted the authorities, I hope you'll back me up.

I hope you will act.
